Try running a lil bit of tire stagger in the rear ,, depending on how long the straights are longer straight less stagger
same note run your right front shock as hard as it can go
rear suspension set soft as possible
Only run the studs on ice never let them see dirt.
Replace any missing ones after every race.
Have fun :-P

I run cheng shin rears, fronts I am trying a few different types, last year I used dirt hooks.Get it lowered down, add a swaybar, and choose the right gearing.I ran a stock cannibal last year, with the 500 computer, was very competetive.Hopefully will do better ,being able to change maps ,this year.

A swaybar is a device that hooks to either your shock mounts (lower) or contol arms and your frame. The device keeps the body from rolling in the corners and also eliminates outside-rear tire lift. The sway bar is more important than lowering in my opinion. Front Holeshot MX tires are geat for studding. Rear cheng shin 18x11x8 tires are the ultimate for studding. Pro Gold 1" ice screws work very well, one in each lug is a good starting point. Although you may want to do a directional pattern using several studs on the outer lugs for cornering. On the front tires the center lugs are most important. Fill the middle "H" and use a directional pattern on the outer lugs. Alligning the studs (turning them) in the right direction is also crucial. Only do the staggering if you're running a pure oval race. Another tip is to gear up as high as your machine will pull in the straights without totally bogging in the turns. Look at what other guys are doing. See who's fast and sneak a peek at their set up. Oh yeah, hold that thing on the right handlebar as far in as it will go! Hey - this info is great. I'm 50 and doing ice racing for the first time. My son runs the YZF, I ride the Dale.
What tire presure should we be running ??
I have a 19" and 20" swing arm, which one should I run?
I have Pep shocks on mine, so its easy to lower
Tire stagger ?? Left rear reversed in ?? Right offset out ?? I think
