Part will be available for years to come(its the law). I WILL keep my cannondale no matter what the company decides. Think about it. Honda has not made 250Rs for 14 years and see how many are around. I am not comparing Honda to Cannondale, but I say I am sticking with the best, fastest, and the most technologically advanced atv produced. My Cannondale Cannibal.

I hope cannondale will come out of this.

Its the law if they are still operating to keep parts available for so many years..but if they close their doors for good there is no law requiring them to stay and make parts available for the bikes they sold...When their done their DONE!! Correct me if Im wrong but ive already researched it

I guess the law says you have to make parts for 10 years. I don't know how that works though. If you cant pay your bills or your employees and you have no money how are you going to build parts for 10 years?

Yes you are required to have parts available for the bikes/quads/cars ect available for so many years after its out of production...Just like the 250r most of the Factory parts are getting hard to come by Unless you find parts that were overstocked then when they are gone its all aftermarket parts...but i dont see the "R" having alot of problems due to how many manufactures(aftermarket that is)that are still building new parts everyday...Unlike the Cannondale which has slim pickens for parts...So if they do go under were pretty much ALL screwed....Just glad i didnt spring for the BLAZE or the MOTO...Thank God!!!!! ANYWAY I HOPE SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENS!!!

If they go under I will ride mine till it BLOWS!!!By then some one will have figured out how to put an R moter or a 450 crf or yzf moter in one.

I think as long as the frame holdes up the aftermarket will keep up with chase parts.

Any body ever here of a cannondale frame breaking???

I wouldn't jump ship to early. You have the best bike made, things will work out.

MxMike - I broke my subframe the second time I managed to make my quad do multiple flips through the air. I'd say the frame is pretty damn tough. I have a friend that does aluminum work and you seriously can't tell the frame ever broke... AWESOME aluminum work. All I know is if I can't get my Dale motor fixed for some reason, I'll be riding one of the lightest CRF's you can find . I'll work w/ my friend and we'll just have to figure out a way to make the motor fit .
