Default Lonestar axle?

Motown's loanstar axel broke a couple weeks ago.

I am having trouble with keeping the hubs tight on my RPM.The adjustable spacers seam to be smashing little by little.I got to tighten them after every day of riding.
Same with the antifade locknut.Got to tighten it after every day of riding.
