Actually, the traction maps were made by Optimum.

Yes, I can look at them and see what the differences are compared to another map if you like. Just let me know what one you'd like to check out.

----
Not sure where the limit is on richening up the map, they said they richened it a few times and each time the power curve smoothed out and extended thru the top further.

oh, I just wanted to know in general how they performed relative to eachother (there are 3 of them) and there's not a lot of info. I dont have the software for doing my own downloads so I like to know a little bit before considering the map.

Dont sweat it though, Im definately giving the moto speed a try.

Thanks

Fueling varies between moto and speed, the speed map has more timing on the top end.

I looked at Cannibal traction map 1 compared to speed - less timing across the board, less accel transient, no fueling changes.

This means the engine will feel more mellow and have less explosive acceleration with the traction map (hence the name?).

Explosive acceleration = Happiness.

I think that's what they were looking for with the Moto / Speed map Hard hit all the way through.

I need the software so I can screw around with this stuff.

Thanks for the info

Worth a try if you have the equipment to upload maps.... You could always go back to stock if you were not happy with the results.

I was gonna ask you about the Timing Gabe. I guess a good setup to run for the lighter guys is the Motard setup. I guess the timing is quite a bit more advanced than the Moto.
