what kind of hose clamp is it?

Default what kind of hose clamp is it?

hi
i am pulling my motor to check out my tranny bolts and i ran across a couple of hose clamps on some oil lines and i am not sure what type they are. can you reuse them ? how do you loosen them? one is at the oil drain plug on the right side .

Those are use once only type you can replace them with any of the screw types at auto parts stores

Default what kind of hose clamp is it?

You actually can't loosen them. Look real close at the clamp, you can pinch that tab and then pull up the loose end of the clamp and it will come off.
