well i dont know excactly how accurate this is so dont hold me to it but i just got off the phone with cannondale and according to them a company called pegasus is the new owner of it all.as far as the cannondale name rights they said we will have to wait for details to be posted today.

 

Pegasus is the staking hourse for the auction and they are the primary investor. If nobody purchased the motorsports div. Than Pegasus could just sell off any equipment in an attempt to recoup their losses.
