Could someone post the number of ATVs registered in NYS for 2003? I'd like to update my chart and see just how much $$ we're giving the state. I've tried to find the info, but still haven't been able to find details specific to ATVs. Thanks!!

What the heck happened between 95 and 98? Huge increase in $$$.....same goes for 2000 to 2001.....did fees increase then?

 

The fees have not increased since they were introduced. It's hard to know why these increases happen because only around 30% of ATVs are registered. I would think that those numbers are related to overall ATV sales. Do you have nationwide sales data for the years in my chart? I'd be interested to see if there's a correlation. It would be interesting to create a chart for the same years and see if the curve is similar.
