NC laws???
If anyone here has knowledge of NC laws and ATVs, I would really appreciate it. I am 21 and currently ride with guys who are under the age of 18. If we are stopped by authorities for riding on public roads, can anyone tell me if I would be responsible, since I am the only one of legal age, or would the responsibilty fall on their parents? Also, what if we are riding the same ATV, with me as the passenger? Would I get a ticket? Thanks for your information.
