Forest Service Releases Draft OHV Regulations
The Forest Service released its proposal for national OHV regulations. These regulations require the designation of trails, roads, and areas for motorized recreation. Snowmobiles would still be regulated under the current rules for their use. ARRA is reviewing the draft proposal and will provide more information soon.
Once the comment period begins, ARRA will post new information on how to submit comments. ARRA encourages you to read the proposed regulations and learn more by visiting http://www.fs.fed.us/news/2004/relea...-vehicle.shtml. At http://www.fs.fed.us/recreation/programs/ohv/, you can read the regulations and other information.

Has anyone read it? I've got about 10 pages left, if that much. Seems close to being in line with what goes on in the Sierra N.F. But still leaves a lot open to the local forest.
