pa riding facility
does anyone know whats going on about the ridding facility that was aproved and a grant awarded from pa government. last i heard is that they awarded a grant of something like 1,000,000 to build a place for atv riders to go and play. i dont know what kind of a place that they are planning on building or even if it is still under way.

My suggestion would be to contact Brian Mills, the Land use editor on ATVCONNECTION. He resides in PA and can give you the information you requested.
