Opinions/Votes needed on trail access poll
#1
A cable news station is listing a poll on their site with the question: Should all-terrain vehicles be banned from New Jersey's parks?
Since this is most likely being done for a future story it would be great if there was as many "no votes" as possible and many more than the "greenies" voting yes.
So please help out and vote on line at
news 12 NJ
The vote is in the lower right hand of the page and is in yellow.
Cant be sure what their up to, but a positive result for our sport cant hurt.
Thanx

Need to be a subscriber to comment, but not to vote.
I heard from a couple guys reloading allowed them to do it multiple times, but it didnt work for me (could vote but it only went up one count etc).
Now c'mon guys lets show them who we are, and that we are here etc.

I think what happend was that they closed the voting and moved on to another one etc.
It ended up approx 114 to not allow atv's onto state land, and 110 to allow so it was very close.
One thing that caught my attention was that the numbers were not close till the end, and have to wonder if some environmental types saw it on one of the sites like here or whatever and knew they had to dump in the votes.
One good thing either way was that they had more total votes than they received on many other topics so it shows this is important to many people, and thats good for getting the politicians attention.
