my husband has rode everything sleds ,dirt bikes,road bikes,4 wheelers,3 wheelers,sence the age of 5 .today he found out that senators are tring to pass a bill where anyone under the age 14 will not be able to ride on private property,or anywhere for that matter.if children under the age 14 are caught riding any of the above the parents are going to be held at fault.the children will be taken away from there parents .and jail time will be put to the parents.this is for all of new england.he has already signed a petition against this.its the childrens choise if they want to ride or not.our boys own 4 wheelers,if this goes through then they ,and all other children will not be allowed to ride anywhere,or on anything,even on someones private properity(my Mistake).HE WENT TO OUR LOCAL DEALER FOR ATVS AND FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS,, this is the easiest way to find out about it,GO TO YOUR LOCAL ATV STORE AND ASK ABOUT THIS BILL..(this is no lie)..i know from reading, alot of you have children.i'm asking you to go and sign the petition to stop this from happening.and stop them from passing this law.if it passes,anyone that has children that they have brought a atv for,they might as well throw it out there window.and your children will have no say if they want to ride,or not.my husband still likes to ride.but has a better time watching our boys.age 5 and 7.thanks for taking the time to read this and have a good night.and please pass this info on so we can stop this law together.i do not know how to post on other new england states and post on here western mass at the same time.please help and pass this along.our family and others in our area need your help( HE DOES NOT HAVE DEALERSHIPS PERMISSION TO POST THERE BUSINESS NAME ON HERE)thank you very much for rereading
