My fellow Mass riders i am not sure if you know this but there is a anti-atv bill being voted on tomorrow (21 st) bill #s2251, if passed this bill will kill all family atv riding. This bill will make it illegal for children under the age of 14 from riding even on private property with stiff fines and possibly jail time for adult supervisor. It also will make it illegal for any road crossings,the tree huggers are really pushing for this bill to go through ,so please for the love of the sport please call youre local senator and tell them to vote aginst bill 2251 thanks

 

what happened with bill

 

The bill ended up passing in the senate now its in the house, not sure when it will be voted on but it looks like we have more reps on our side than senators so we just have to cross our fingers.

 

Do you have a link to this bill? Every s# 2251 I come up with is not an ATV bill.

Wow just read that and it sucks. Hope you guys all call your congressmen and senators. Don't let this happen!
