Pennsy has signed into effect that all atvs on private land other then business owners must have a 20 buck license not to mention insurance like the sno mobilers.On another atv site it stated that they want to crack down on illegal atving as well as for the DNCR to provide grants and money to municapalities to provide the riding areas for and the state alone shouldnt have the whole burden to do so.I would love to know and care if every 1 in Pennsy does this whats stopping the political aficianados from using the money to buy land and build on it or not use the money from us at all for us like california did in the late 80s w the gas taxes they unconstitutionally robbed us then and are robbing us now.I want to know who and what gives these out of control mindless leaders the right to tell us how to live our lives,boy am I boiling I am not from pennsy ,am from NJ and now I got to pay money for 1 o r 2 days of riding amonth in another state.Every 1 is so ignorant that no 1 questions Authority but goes and holds there hands like a stranger taking alil girl or boy. I mean I can understand Illicit dangerous riding but I dont feel this is what they are really after this is like a witch hunt,its not like were criminals although I have to be made to feel like 1 every time i go to fire up my quad.I just wonder what any 1s opinion is on this because Im either right or I am sooo out of line on this issue.Well all my trail roosting brothers and sisters see ya out on the trail.
