OK whats the deal is it in effect i am seeing alot of 2 strokes for sale in cali and also what is the latest on the closing of glamis

I heared the 2-Stroke ban is in effect from easter until thanksgiving. I live a few hours away and I wouldn't now why you would want to go there between this time anyway, it is way to HOT!!
