What happened to all of the left wing, liberal anti-war protesters that were so vocal during the end of the Bush administration, including Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reed and company? They are sure quiet now that a democrat is in office! Is the war on terror necessary or OK now? The current admin. is even planning on sending another 15000-30000 more troops into the fight!
It seems to me that they were protesting for political purposes only, without any real thought as to the effect they were having on the troops on the ground! How many American lives were lost due to them emboldening the enemy by showing us to be weak and divided as to our commitment to the war? IMO they are a disgrace to America!
Don't get me wrong, this is the one area that I think the current admin. is making the right call. We do need more troops over there and we are now starting to get them.
Obama's foreign policy is a disaster for the most part. Apologizing for our actions in the past and bowing down to a regime that is gouging us for every dollar they can, while laughing at us behind our backs.
It looks like the American people are finally starting to wake up, but only because it's hitting them in the wallet!
Any thoughts about this?

 

As much as she is not on my favorites list, even Cindy Sheehan said the same as you are mentioning here. Where are all the anti-war people? I heard a live interview with her and she was talking about the feeling that she'd been used by the Democrats. Who would have thought it??? It's funny how everything is wrong when a conservative comes to power while a liberal Democrat gets away with tons more without scrutiny. Not only that but the mainstream media is fabricating stories now. MSNBC did interviews outside of an Obama meeting in (I believe it was) Phoenix where people had guns lawfully in view. They showed a video where they homed in on a guy's AR15 and started talking about it being racist. If they hadn't doctored the video it would have shown the man with the AR15 was also black. But, that wouldn't be convenient to prop up Obama. Same old, same old. Prop up their heroes and slam the conservatives. Better bring in the "fairness doctrine" to squash those last bits of resistance like Fox news. After all, they don't agree with the President or the mainstream media.

 

Don't even get me started on Cindy Sheehan.

It's ok to disrupt a fallen soldiers funeral, but the liberals think we should be civil at a town hall meeting on health care.
