Default Ramps?

What do you guys use for ramps to get your quad into your trucks? I never had to put a quad in my truck. I always just lifted my YZ250 into the bed. The Raptor is gonna be a little too hard to lift by myself though. I know of a few ramps, but they are all expensive. I'd prefer something I can ride up and down that will fit in the bed of the truck. Any ideas?

I just use a couple boards with the ramp tops on them. I think they are at least 2 by 8's (boards). The ends cost about $20 or $30. I usually don't ride it up though so I walk along side of it. Metal ramps will cost around $140.

I have some old steel tri fold ramps, they work much better and are safer ( IMO )than boards. I have seen ramps at Sams Club for less than 100 bucks. I am able to drive up into my truck.

Default Ramps?

Ramps are cake to build. I built a pair for my Rancher in about 2-3 hours. I bought 1 stick of .095 1 1/2 inch square tubing. Came in a 24 foot length. 2 sticks of 1 x 1/4 angle iron 24 foot sticks. Found 8 pieces of 2 1/2 x 3/8 flatbar 6 inches long in a scrap bin. Also need about 2 feet of 1 1/2 x 1/8 flatbar(any small steel will do).
Measured my bed length and tailgate height. Laid out a 90 degree line about 7 foot x 5 foot. From the corner I measured up my tailgate height and back the other way my length ( minus about 3 1/2 inches). Marked the tubing so the lines matched the laid out lines. Then cut the tubing so the angles matched my lines. I then capped the ends of the tubing with the 1/8 flarbar. Laid 2 pieces of square tubing on a table and set them 10 inches apart making sure they were square. Took the angle iron and cut pieces 10 inches long. Then placed the angle in between the tubing spacing them evenly about 6-7 inches apart. Welded them in. Next I took the 2 1/2 flatbar and bent them at an angle to so they would sit flat on the bed of the truck maybe 30 degrees ( can't remember ) . Welded them on to the tubing. One the ends of the tubing that sit on the ground I made 3 small beads straight across so they would help grab the ground when set in place. Repeated process for the other ramp. End up being about 6 foot long total including the flatbar and 13 inches wide. Fit right in my truck and sit under my Rancher.
Were easy to build. If you don't have a welder ask around someone you know probably has one. Total cost on mine was about 25 bucks and 2-3 hours of time. Painted them for about 10 bucks. I like them. My friend said that he didn't like the weight on them. Told him I never have to pack them for any distant so what do I care. They don't sag a bit when I ride up them. I used to use boards or lift my other atv in but this is a whole lot better.
If you want to see a pic I could take one. Reason I built them is because I didn't want to spend the 100 plus bucks for set that are cheaply built. Hope that helps some.

It was not the cheapest but we bought an aluminum tri-fold ramp that folds up and fits between the quads wheels. The single biggest reason I recommend these are they have chains to attach them to the truck so they wont flip out from underneath you if you give your quad throttle while driving it up the ramp. Safety 1st, cheap second.
