Ok, I am checking out a few different things on ebay. Bidding here and there for fun. Watching stuff. Well I bid on a camera a few days ago but went riding and missed the end of the auction and I lost. Pfff, oh well. Here is the thing. Out of the blue I get and email. Here is what it says:
Dear Sir/Madame,
My name is Ms. Bela Flor Damasceno Teixeira owner of P2P Co. from Portugal (Europe). I`ve noticed that you are interested in purchasing a Nikon FM3A Camera Set. I come to you with this great offer: Nikon FM3A Camera Set. From time to time, our company makes large discounts on several items we are selling. This time, the Nikon FM3A Camera Set is one of them. Now, our price for this item is: 899USD shipping and package insurances included.
Please let us know if you are interested, but think about this great Nikon FM3A Camera Set before waisting a life-time offer like this. Our preffered method of payment is UPS Third Party Service (COD) who reduces risks associated with Internet transactions by acting as a licensed, trusted, neutral third party for online transactions.
Regards.

eBay does not tolerate spam (i.e., unsolicited commercial email) and is
taking steps to protect members from this abuse. In addition, solicitations
to buy or sell items outside of eBay violate eBay rules and are not covered
by services that protect members such as feedback, insurance, escrow, and
dispute resolution. If this is an offer to buy/sell items outside of eBay,
please do not participate. Enter the following link into your browser to learn more. Link: http://pages.ebay.com/help/new/stopping_spam.htm
Well, I never thought I'd be "hit" so soon. YOu all agree this is probably a scam? Man folks, BEWARE out there.

I just canned the whole thing. It had to be a scam cause to my knoledge a kit has never been offered with the fm3a. The ebay item I was watching was a collection of items the seller had put together. The people from Europe didnt know that. Thanks for the replies
