TATTOO?
#1
I am seriously considering getting a tattoo pretty soon. I was thinking about getting Campbell, my last name, written in the same script as on the Campbell's soup can in between my shoulder blades, probably about 7-8 inches long in all black. I don't want to get it on my bicep, because I, well, don't have big arms, so I am going to go with the back. It is going to be straight, too, not curved.
What are your guys' thoughts on this?

Not no, but he!! no. I assume you can spell your last name with 99.99% accuracy at this point in life and having a 7-8 inch inked reminder will not give you the .01% additional accuracy you are looking for since you wont be able to reference it on your back. NO, NO, NNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. The joke will get old before the ink dries.

you are getting the tattoo for you. it doesn't matter what other people think. if you like it, get it.
just be 100% sure you want it.

The smartest thing that I have done was NOT get a tattoo when I was 18....I promise you will change your mind. People change and so do trends, the only good thing is that you are getting your last name...that is one thing that will never change. Be like me...I opted for piercings (a few of 'em ) those you can always remove when you get tired of them. But it is your decision and only you know what is best for WallStreet....

I will warning you now that if you decide to get one you will get addicted, I got one small one to see what is was like and now I got 8. I love them but everyone of mine has a meaning or a story behind it, that makes them a little more personal.

if yer getting a tattoo because it's trendy, you shouldn't be getting a tattoo.
like i said before. be 100% sure you want to do this. yes i know you can have a tattoo removed, but the $$$ involved really doesn't make it feasable for most people.
