Progressive nicks me $140/yr. FULL coverage,here in Ohio. That was for the V-Force, then the Prairie 700 costs the same. Guess it is cheap, 'cause I am an old phart of 52. I almost totalled my 02 P-650($4300 damge), about a year ago, and Progressive paid off.

 

$74 per YEAR full coverage through Progressive for a 2002 Banshee - I live in Wyoming.

 

Z400 and Recon 250 both full ocverage is about $140 total / year for me through Rider Insurance of NJ.

 

Are most of you required to have insurance or did you get it because you wanted to?

 

I carry it because it IS cheap. The piece of mind, and LEGAL protection it brings means a lot to me. In these "sue-happy" times, you REALLY should carry liability ins.

 

$50.00 a year for just liability.
