What the liberals going to do now?
I thought we went to Iraq over oil? When we never saw the prices go down now that is Bush's fault too? What do you liberal want anyway? The real reason for high gas prices is environmentalist stopping us from building new refineries. For heavens sake the republicans are trying to allow drilling in the God forsaken, rocky, cold as h.. Anwar to decrease the dependance on foreign oil and the old Dems. are threatening another fillabuster.
Now on the land use issue here is a good one for you. A friend of mine rides horses and pack-mules in the mountains, new laws state they have to pack out the horse manure too! Another example of environmentalists going off the deep end, edging ever closer to their goal of closing trails to everyone.

The entire energy monopoly of crude oil is owned by many foreign countries including Russia, Venezuela , OPEC-United Emeritus of Arabia, Iraq and many other players.
The United States is only one of the big consumers and no longer the biggest consumer as we once we. There is a new giant on our doorstep and they are competing from our global vendors of ALL resources. China!
1/3 of our oil comes from Venezuela. There is tension between the US and Venezuela right now as you are probably educated to know. Venezuela has stated they want to ween off US dependence for there crude oil and have all ready set up a business venture in China to market more of their oil to them.
China is not only swallowing up as much oil as you can send them, they are also the key factor in dominating most all other natural resources in the world right now. All producers of steel and iron and timber concrete an minerals are getting sent right over there because they are paying top dollar for these materials. Hence to compete for these resources we need to compete at the price. Just to give you an idea of these other price increases steel doubled in price and titanium costs seven times as much, raw copper has tripled. All other products have at least doubled or tripled. American timber harvests are getting sent right over because they need it and pay double to secure it.
Play in the fact as previously mentioned about insufficient oil refineries, and markets jambs with Katrina and Florida. The US military is eating its part of US oil reserves and we are just touching the surface of what effects our national gasoline prices.
Get it? That should up date your global economic lesson for the day.

My comment the democrats are dumbing down the youth for control of national power is a provocative thought.
How did I come to this simple process? You need to look at the the whole picture between the democratic objective on the public school system and their political agenda.
The public school system nation wide in a whole is a broken machine. We all know this. Not every school is a poor performer but many are.
The republican objective is to offer school vouchers for parents to send their children to better school systems which pertained to private schools including those run by church organisations. They wanted parents to have a choice in their children's future no matter who you are. All most all of these private church schools have prove three things> 1. The private schools screen better teachers. 2. The youth are achieving far higher grade points than in public schools systems. 3. They are getting those higher standards and the running costs are half as much as what the tax paying people are forking over to send a child into the public school system.
Republicans want to kill the poor preforming schools and force the good ones into competing even higher with programs like ' Leave not child behind .'
Now the Democrats are politically in bed with all teacher unions who have a strong hold within local governments, naturally. And most teachers are Democratic Liberals. So the public school system teacher unions are fighting for their livelihood. What is happening is the teacher unions have resisted any efforts to make the teachers accountable for their students so they cant be graded themselves and fired for low performance shortfall. The Democrats want you to believe that pumping more and more money in a broken system is the answer. Grades keep falling and the youth keep getting dumber and dumber.
So now lets take a looks at who the Democratic Liberals are appealing to. The democrats have always been especially keen to market they are working for the working men and women and the poor. They have been rhetorically known to go into cities during elections and pick up the street people and give them a pack of cigarettes and bus them to the voting booths and tell them to hit the Democratic elects. They are marketing to the under-educated and immigrant populous having them believe they will get more special free-bee services when we all know we are all in the same fair play. The foreign population has grown to soon become the largest population in the US. The foreign population has among the highest academic burden to overcome to equally achieve and records show that they don't achieve the same levels amongst the other non-foreign students.
By pushing failing schools and not breaking the teachers union for performance targeting, targeting and preying on the poor and foreign populous as already the lowest level mentally challenged group, the evidence is linear.
The Liberals want to lower passing grades to be able to herd more youth towards national disaster. The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Our future economic success depends on our youth of today. Liberals in power want to continue the same revolving circle I've spelled out to you. By dumbing down America they can ensure they have got the votes locked in and hence keep control of governmental power including the Presidency. They are very close.
Now please don't be ignorant to bring up why we are in Iraq or WOMD or I will have to give a real intellectual whooping.

OK....first where did you find your info on China hording resources? I am aware of a little bit, BUT knew nothing of what you were telling! I would like to read up on that!
Second: My wife and I home-school our kids, I get no tax break, I still have to pay 1000's into my local school system that SUCKS and benefit zero from it. I only have one household income because of this. On top of the taxes I have to purchase out of my pocket ALL of the books both teacher and student versions and that adds up to about a G a year! I do all of this because I only want the best for my kids and nothing less! The only argument I USED TO GET from friends and family about the home-schooling was "social interaction". LMAO my kids do three times the stuff a public school child does. Softball, ballet, tap-dance, choir (at church and privately with an ex opera singer) , a.w.a.n.a., and whatever else they are interested in. So with all of that said....I agree with you!

The next step would be to not allow anybody in the park at all including going for a hike or walk, because that would disturb wild life equally. The next step would be to put barb wire fencing arround all park land.
That about sumes up the polictical view that pertains dirrectly to ORV and ATV trail system use to the public. The republicans say yes room to use and democats say no more use.
The democates want low level acheivers and a dumbed down environment to nurture to minds of the young so they will be easy to lead around and controll. So they can stay in power by taking away the freedoms of the peoples while telling you its good for you.
The republicans want the brightest young who will be the future of america and continue its economic strenth in the world and continue its fight for freedom.
Here is a good issue that republicans are fighting against which could apply to you.
The democratics have managed to push their local legisation to annex any property they want. Well annexation is not new and has always been there when they might need to remove a home or two to widen a road if it is the last resort to provide pubic service to the masses.
The democatics have once again extremely twisted that power to a new level never before thought. Now the have re-written the legislation in some areas to be fully able to annex any and all land however they want to take over large comunities. Then they give the home owner what ever the "developers tells them" is fair price and re-selles the land to big developers to do what they want like build a mall or a gated private water front resort. The democrates have figured out that they can raise the tax revenue by turning houses and its property into small sq ft condos and townhouses.
Take away a working families house to give it to the rich mans golf resort or developers choice pick for cheaply taken land where they want. That is the future of the democratic party so have you been a victom of the domcrats latey? You had better check your front door for a large orange poster.
