I would have to flip a coin to choose between a bayou 300 2X4 or a Honda TRX300 4x4 either are insanely reliable but I don't know which one will go the longest without an oil change

I forgot about that model.

I haven't been to Kawasaki's web page in quite some time but are these still available? I always liked the idea of being about to unlock the rear end so it would be turf friendly.

Wow, I went to Kawasaki's web page and this Bayou 300 is still made and costs $3999.

The Bayou is a top quality piece for sure. I have owned both a 300 2x4 and a 300 4x4 and both where excellent. Kawasaki has refined them. They are very underated by the public.

Anyone remember the older Bayou 400 4x4s? They where all ready in production back when 400cc machines where just coming out, I think the fact that they only had a 5-Speed with no hi/low kind of hurt their sales but they where excellent machines as well.

First pick would be the Max ATV amphibious, then next choice would prolly be a Honda TRX450R!!
Are you serious? Why would you even mention an atv unreleased in a reliability post?
It was supposed to be humerous, but its a honda so it will be reliable.
