Food and diet for race?
Sorry about that....we're just playing.
If you are serious about racing, as far as diet, I would lay off the junk food and anything that makes you feel tired and sluggish after you eat it.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and protein. Eat healthy! Drink lots of water and stay away from too much soda.
I'm not sure how old you are, but cutting back on alcohol helps too.
Also, taking vitamins can help give you an extra boost of energy.
