Six days on one day off...Painful I know, but the only way to stay ripped all year round.

Give your body some time to recuperate. I guess it depends on your goals and what you're doing each day. I like to switch my workout around so my body doesn't get used to any one routine. I usually work out 4 times a week. Normally, I will do chest and tri's, back and bi's, and shoulders and legs. Then start over again on the 4th day. 15 min. warm-up before on a bike or treadmill. Then at least 30 to 60 min after the workout on a stepper. My strong points are my shoulders (335lb mil. press (over head) for a couple reps) and my tri's (I love skull crushers). I think it helps my bench and mil. press that my tri's are so strong. All natural, I don't even take vitamins. I eat a lot of chicken, tuna, egg whites, fish, baked potatoes, and spaghetti. Drink a lot of water. The funny thing is that I can mil. press 335 lbs for a couple reps but can only bench around 350 lbs. I actually do incline bench better than flat and flat is supposed to be easier.

...u joking??? that's alot of weight. I only bench like 200lbs, I use to do more but I'm trying to drop weight for racing. 350lbs is a hella lot of weight and if you're not lifting every day that's kinda hard to believe. Not saying that I don't just that you gotta be like 6'8" and almost 300lbs. alright 300, just the way you said it I couldn't tell. Coyotechaser I think it's safe to say you're the biggest motherf#cker on these forums if that's your actual lifting weight. How much do you clean (the lift)???
