American Choppers, now that's a show. Now that's a guy who knows what he's doing. Back to the working out. I lift weights all the time also. I lift the 4 year old over my head, off the counter, into his car seat. lol. Hey, is this a guys only forum or what, I'm getting kind of lonely chatting with myself here. Hand over the keyboard to the wives.

All I do is bench press my quad..... no jk

For everybody that is young, you really shouldnt go all out and work out every day. you WILL stop growing and when you are older if you dont still work out, odds are you will be small.

It's reasonable to think that Paul Sr. could do over 400. Sometimes I think he's taking the juice just because of his mood swings. Look how he was going to send poor Vinny (I think that's his name) home just because he couldn't teach his own son to pickup after himself. Vin should tell them all to kiss his butt and go open his own business. He does all the work anyway. That well is going to dry up soon anyway.

I don't work out at all. Just ride, ride, and ride.

I don't think it would matter if I could bench 10000 lbs. People are still going to debate. It's just darn hard to reach anyone from hundreds of miles away. My arms just aren't long enough.

At this stage in life, my strength is good for at least two things. Feeling good about myself and opening stubborn jars.

Were you ever on a debating team in school?
