shipping help

i was going to buy an atv. it is a 97 polaris sport 400. both the buyer and i have no clue on how to ship the stuff so we are not paying tons of money. what would the most cost efficent way be but a way that is reliable not some truck driver off the interstate! the atv will be shipped from utah to british columbia canada

Utah! Holy Crap! That would be too expensive. I ship stuff all over North America and the cheapest way would be to call CFL (Canadian Freight Lines), look in the Vancouver white pages. Get a zip code from the point of origin and a weight. (460 lbs)
Get those folks to give you a quote as they ship and deliver all over North America. I would guess about 500 to 800 bucks Canadian.
The easiest way would be to take a utility trailer and drive there. I have driven to Utah from Surrey and it can be done in 1 to 2 days. Depending on where in Utah you have to go.
