If you dont have UNI Foam FIlter Oil, just use regular engine oil. I used Yamalube like 2 weeks ago and it worked fine.

what you wanna do is pour some in your hand then just kinda kneed it into the filter, just work your hands over the filter. it's very simply, just a pain in the *** to get your hands clean

I would use the chain saw oil just because it is probably two stroke oil. and if your motor sucks down some extra two stroke oil it wont hurt anything

try this... through the filter into a plastic grocery store bag. add your oil to the bag and work the oil into the filter. This works great for me and not only does it keep my hands clean but it makes a bottle of that uni filter oil go a long way.

red chain saw oil... i assume you mean bar and chain lube... id use engine oil if i had a choice between the 2....
i also put the filter in a bag and pour the oil in... like said above... just kneed it into the filter... i cant say how much you will need... but you want to cover the whole filter pretty well. when its covered... your done...
