Email Problem?

Email Problem?
I was hoping someone could help me. I have a problem with my email. We have Inbox- Outlook Express.
Everytime we open the email we cant open a message to read it. All it is a white screen. We can recieve new email but we cant read them message's either. What could be wrong here? Any help is much appreciated.(sp?)
