I would have said the old 454SS regarding trucks until the new 500HP Ram debuted a couple months ago.
As for cars, I will take a '87-'93 5.0 or any '93 newer F car anyday over the older cars.......except for maybe a 351C powered Mach I[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Old Car: 69 Camaro SS 454 Orange with White Stripes
New Car: Saleen/Cobra
SportTruck: 2000 & up Lightning. My buddy has a built 2001 Lightning. I've ridden with him when he's smoked Cobras and Camaro SS's. I've also been with him when he got humbled by a Firehawk, LOL.
Truck: Bronco/ F-150

my dad is a muscle car enthusiast so ill have to go with his cars ...
pro street candy apple red with ghost flames 55 chevy with a 327 with 300 horse from the factory then it was taken to the extreme with a 871 blower. the next one is a 56 chevy pickup with the same paint minus the ghost flames....it has a 400 small block with all the goodies....both are 100% perfect condition!
i personally like and wish i never sold my 64 ford falcon sprint with a 289!
