I just wanted to let everyone know about ITP's customer service. I ordered holeshots for my polaris sport 5 1/2 weeks ago. When I got them in one had a broken steel belt so when i mounted it, it wobbed. I called up ITP they said no problem we will warranty it. (it was brand new). They took my info and said we will send one out to you tomorrow. They told me 5-7 days. 10 days go by and no tire. I called up and they said it was back ordered and they would make them on thursday and ship it from PA where they are made. I was getting mad because they said it was shipped. I said ok.

Then friday came along. I called to see if it was shipped and they said it wasnt made yet. The tech support guy said they have one in Calif. but he is not suppossed to ship it. I told him he better. I even offered to use my ups account and ship it 3 day. He said they cant. I said to him the your customer support sucks. YOu should be taking care of your customers. I also told him that i was in the market for rear tires and that I would never buy another ITP product again.

Did anyone else have a problem with them? let me know.

I called them, and had the tires here (shipped from Carlisle) withing about 3 days. No complaints!
