June 6 2003,tore right rotator cuff from the bone fighting off 2 crackheads on Broadway in downtown KC.4 hours in surgery and 8 months physical therapy Off work (workmans comp ) till June 16 2004.

Still unable to ride my 03 Kawasaki 650.less than 500 miles on her.Still unknown If I can ever ride again. I am confident I will, gotta have a reason to get that Brute Force.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

riding behind a guy turned in front of me nailed him. both bones broke in my left arm. had bigger one plated at only 16 not too often they do that. runnin down a dock triped stuck all four fingers in between the bords brokem all. also have broke another finger and 2 toes.

Concusion, torn tendon in my leg, cut from my calf to my inner thigh, and real bad bruise of the hip and side. Stayed bruised for 2months.

Went over the handle bars on a jump doing about 50mph. Clutch lever cut my leg, head hit the sand and my hip hit first, tendon torn when the Ds hit me.

 

drop off in little sahara put my teeth through my lower lip. then the grab bar hit my chin when the banshee rolled on me. the chin hurt more than the lip did. pics are in the gallery.

 

Running to catch a fly ball to my left, just kinda squatted down at speed, and right as I caught the ball my feet slid out from under me (wet grass). Left foot cleats caught, body continued forward as I fell backward, and as my left pinky toe traveled up to touch the outside of my leg (Theisman style) I distinctly heard all three bones break (fibula in one place and tibia in two) yep, a flopper.

Eight screws and one plate, two surgeries, four years ago, still hurts, I'll never slam dunk again, can't plant and launch. Both knees are messed up now related to that incident as well. I would give almost anything to have that moment back, to have my legs back. I hobble around like Fred Sanford unless I get on a big rooster or a covey of huns then I got a few yards in me.
