bid or win on the auction? Contact the seller and ask for more pictures or to come see it bring a bunch of friends, jump them and take it back?!

or u could just contact ebay. but they will probably just remove the auction.

cops might do something,,, doubt it though

I'm with the police thing. Call the police in the city the auction is from. I would also ask the seller if you could send a friend by to check it out and ask the police if they could send a plain clothes officer. This is all good ONLY if you have proof that the bike might be yours, like serial number, or any distingushing marks or numbers on the bike itself.

Im with the police thing. Ask if they have a title to it, or if they can send the VIN number

Is there anything distinguishing you would recognize? Maybe ask for pics of a certain area that might have a scratch on it that you'd remember. Remember, it may not be yours. Act interested. After you figure out it's yours, heck, maybe be the winning bidder and show up to pick it up. Bring the cops and your title to match the vins. Maybe some pics you have of it. Maybe ask for a picture that is located near the serial number. Just don't tell them you want a pic of the serial number.
