Default what do you do

Just checked out the auction. Did you have different tires on it? Also, you can ask them to email you a copy of the title. I'd ask for pics first though. You think it'd be that far away?

Wolverine, If your quad was stolen, then you reported it to the local authorities right? So, now, you have a police report that should have your license plate number or VIN. You should call the agency that took your report and let them know you believe you found it on e-bay and give them the information. If they feel it's enough to continue the investigation, ie. establish there is enough credible information to believe, it just might be your quad, then they should contact the agency where the bike is being advertised at and ask for their assistance in verifying it is not you quad.

Of course, if you don't get any help and still believe it is your quad, then contact the seller, make a road trip and check it out yourself. I only recommend this if your of age or can take a parent with you. Play it off that you are interested in the quad, while looking at it, verify the VIN's. If they match or look like they were removed, I would leave, go down the street to make sure it doesn't leave the area and contact the local agency and let them handle it from there. Whatever you do, don't put yourself in harms way. Not worth it! Remember, you are trying to get your quad back and if you can, put the bad guy behind bars too!
