I did this with my street bike, maybe you can do it for your atv....
strip, clean, and prime your parts with the proper primer for the medium. ie, plastic primer for plastics, steel for steel, aluminum for aluminum.
Go talk to an automotive paint shop, and ask if they would shoot your parts with whatever they have mixed up and are shooting a car with. I had a choice of plain white or pearescent green that fades into a deep red... guess what i picked?
They charged me $25 to shoot the tank, fairing, and panels with the paint and clearcoat, essentually the cost of the labor, the paint would have been leftover anyway. (no warranty on the paint job, they can't verify the quality of my clean and prime job...) I bet I can get them to do the frame for the same price. Stripping it down next week, gonna see what a local bead blaster will charge to strip it.
