I don't think loose leaf is as hasrd t oquit, I will go a month or two sometimes without it I really just like the taste. There are certain things that trigger me wanting it like hunting or tractor work!

 

Used to chew, started on Cope, finished on Cope. Did it for about 15 years, on and off, smoked and chewed. Quit all of it back this spring, got to start living like a grown-up. Don't want to end up young and dead. But if I was going to keep chewing, it would be Cope fine, everything else is garbage.
