I am going to answer this without reading the replys but here goes.

Some ladies like the idea of going riding but at the end of the day they like the feeling of a solid bed under them and knowing that they do not have to worry about if it rains and the most important thing I have noticed is they like their OWN bathroom. They do not want to have to squat behind a bush and unlike guys they can not step out of the tent to take a leak they have to go find a more private spot and if it involves getting wet or the fear of getting mauled by a bear does not help the situation.

My wife is this lady I speak of, she went with me a couple of weeks ago and helped me set up my moose camp and I could tell she was unhappy with the whole situation. She loves to go for rides but we have to go home at the end of the ride. She wants a nice bath or shower to get clean as well.

I hope that yours is the kind of wife that I have where she tells me to go have fun and she means it, I work hard to keep a house over our heads and this she knows makes me happy. I spend alot of time with her during winter on my days off but she know's that I like to get out as much as possible during the summer and I am getting my son into the camping/hunting/fishing and she knows this makes me even more HAPPIER.

Like I said I did not nor am I going to read the replys before this one because I know there is probaly going to be alot of negative stuff like dump her or drag her along anyways B.S. Enjoy your relation with her and find some other mutual interests to participate in and you will be supprised how when they are happy how much happier you will be.

She told me, I dont see any reason in going camping and sleeping in a tent because i have all these things at home and i dont like the idea of going somewhere so i can "rough it" ( cough high mantinience cough ) and be without the things that i want. She said something like that.....

 

I guess I'm lucky. My girl loves the outdoors. She's the one always dragging me to do outdoor things with her, not that I don't like being outdoors cuz I love it too, but sometimes I'd rather just stay in bed Saturday morning instead of mountain biking 5 or 10 miles up some trail that seems never ending! She also likes ps2 which is very cool! We're always playing together and she kicks my butt sometimes!
