What I did this past week end.
#1
This past week-end, A cousin of mine asked me to help him build a landing ramp. He had a shop build a freestyle ramp out of steel, and got me to build him a dirt landing ramp. This launch ramp is 8'-6" tall, 4'-0" wide , and about 18'-0" long. I took 4 tri axle dump truck loads of dirt and 5 big round bails of hay and built the landing. This thing is un-real!!! We set the take off ramp about 15' away to start with, and before the week end was over it was at about 60'!!! The take off ramp looks just like some used in the X games . It is built on a curve so it really sends them up in the air. With the ramps about 60 feet apart, he's roughly 40 feet in the air!! (doing tricks!!) I know the pros jump like this all the time, but with nothing in-between the two ramps but the grassy feild, it really looks wild!! I hope to get some pics and show to everyone, I just had to share this with yall!!!
