These things happened, whether you, or I, or Kerry, or anyone else saw them or not. I am not defending kerry's timing and statements, just the factual basis of the types of things he described and the fact that they did happen. Did you bother to notice my statement that I did not want to argue about Kerry's timing or his right to say these things? But the fact that these things took place remains true.
