Trail Tech Speedometer
#2
Racer154, I installed one on my son's WR250 last year and it was pretty easy to do. I mounted a magnet on the front disc. and a sensor to the fork. I am sure that there is a reasonable place to put it on a quad too, maybe front disc and a-arm. Then you measure tire circumferance, convert it to metric and put it in the trailtech. The easiest way to measure tire circumferance that I know of is to cover one **** on your tire with ink and roll the quad on a clean garage floor and measure from mark to mark. Where do you get ink? I squeeze it out of a bic pen.
