Alpinestars tech 4 with ATV sole, for riding the utes in the mountains. Tech 6 for riding the sport bikes in the desert, and Tech 8's for racing.

I didn't know what I was missing. My Thor t30's were o.k., but after getting into the a-stars.............sh-t. Never will buy another brand. My bud's Fox trackers fell apart. I suggested he immediately throw 'em out and force himself to pop the extra $ for some good boots. I mean, Tech 4's are decent aren't they? And they're not ~that~ much higher than entry level boots.

Justin's work boots BABY! No laces!

But when I'm on the track I where Fox MX boots, don't really know what style they are. I got them off my buddy for 50 bucks and he only wore them 4 times.
