we finally had a group of people come over for a ride today.

with the exception of one AC500, they were all 2wd, so my dads sp700 was kinda the biggie of the group. (riding his cuz my scrambler blew a CV joint..Under warranty). well there were 2 trailblazer 250's, a 250r, trail boss, 160 suzuki, and 2 lil 90cc ers.

we had a good time, and we got em stuck as planned, then we raced for a nice little rally...surprisingly, the 700 came out in 2nd every time, 250r being first. and i didnt lose all that bad. he admitted he wasnt expectin a utility to cruise so well. then when it came to the rougher stuff, everyone thought the 700, a sp600, and a foreman were just plain out tanks. i had to pull out one trail blazer out of one hole cuz it just crapped out from something gettin in the fuel lines.....

and to be honest, i wasnt all that impressed with that 500 cat.....seemed extremely doggy, and just wasnt real impressive. the 250r was quick, but my scrambler wouldve stould a better chance than the sp700.

one guy dumped his trailblazer on a hill climb, he came out fine. another kid ran over his own foot by accident. the guy on his 250r blew his clutch out at end.

then we kinda embarassed a chic, and we didnt even mean to. i generally ride in the back of the group when im on the 700, so ive always got the winch. well she was on the screwed up trailblazer, and we pulled out of our parking area, and it craps out on her. she couldnt get it started, so her dad came over, and it fired up first time for him. lucky him, she wasnt doing anything wrong at all, and it was just me, my friend who's always over, and her (that and she was the only girl in the riding group, and we dont know her at all).....her dad had to walk all the way over. she wasnt too happy at that point. she eventually took the 160, and she did fine.

overall it was a good ride.
