Maybe its easy for some of you to ride legaly, but in jersey its illegal to ride anywhere, expect 2 places, an ohv park 2.5 hours away or an mx track in englishtown, that they are trying to shut down. Since when does riding an atv in the woods make me a criminal, go arrest some drug dealers. *** COPS, they can take that ticket and shove it up their power tripping @ss.

i drive at least 2 hours to ride legally. it is the way it is. now, instead of me blaming the people who are paid to serve and protect even people like you's, i try to fight it through my city councel. Here is the problem with that. every time people like me try to start a change, people like you 3 morons make the city hall look at us all like that. the real sad thing is, if i could get 1 month of people trying to drive sober, or not having the intolect of a rat weasle, i might get somewhere. but then again, the i.q. of the people on here talking about running, and how cool they think they are, probibally shows in there life and job. i am willing to guess these same people blame their teachers for all there failures in school. this is why abortion should be allowed after birth also.

 

I rode legally in NJ. Had permission from the land owner. Unfortunately, it's now McMansions.

Imature? Brother i barley ride, the place i do ride at the cops are cool, they understand that were not commiting a crime, etc. My friend was riding in mahwah and they took his bike, for what? Being out in the middle of the woods riding? Those are the cops i have problems with, they rather bust our ***** then do their jobs arrsting real criminals.

 

Oh and im not riding down the street with no helmet trying to cause problems, im talking about riding trails. If you ride on the street i totally agree with getting arrested, you deserve it. No atv can be made street leagl in NJ, period. And if your on private land and your destroying ****, i understand that as well, but why arrest and impound if your just riding, most of these cops have atv's as well, but will arrest you for doing what they do. They believe they are above the law, just like cops that get away with speeding because they are cops, i think thats bullsh1t.

 

Your need to talk to your city council ,Mayor etc to see if you can get the laws changed.

The fuzz are just doing their job.
