Keep a happy thought on that but I doubt it. Have you ever noticed how much less traffic there is when it is a government holiday? The roads are nearly deserted with all the "publicly owned" vehicles parked.

When they hire all the extra help to lure new business to the state the number of gvt vehicles will increase and we'll still have traffic problems.
