I had a buddy with a RD400 in hs, late 70's. for those of you young guy's that was basically the air cooled banshee motor in a street bike, sounded wicked. He finally let me ride it one day and boy what a rush, seemed real fast compared to the 73 CZ 250 I had at the time. Sadly he killed himself on that bike, had way too many tickets and was afraid of how his dad would react if he got another one. He was just telling all of us in the parking lot at school that next time he would run. Bad choice, he hit a tree head on approx 130mph. Very Sad.
I also have a kawasaki mach 3 500 triple motor(2stroke) in my collection of stuff, complete, someday maybe it ends up in my odyssey. Sorry for rambling on, you just got me thinking back 25 year's.
