lol the way i see it is any time between when they see you and when they are behind you with lights on is fair game

 

well the police will get into trouble if they have there sirens on and chasing an atv around here anyways b/c when i got cought on my fourwheeler the lawyer asked me if he had his sirens on or not i said no and he said ok b/c he wasnt supposed to he can have the light's on but not the sirens so good question
