Is it considered running if the cop doesn't have their lights on??

haha lol technically no since law inforcement is supposed to have there sirens on to indicate that they are in pursuit...i think thats about rite

i dont think he needs to have his sirens on wen hes in pursuit but i think he should have his lights on or signal u or something

Would you please become one with the police officer and open a donut and coffee stand in your front yard so you can talk these issues over .

I am quite sure they will stop when they spot the donuts.

well see we got new cops recently and the cops that we had were cool about it and we amde agreements about where irode and how i got there..also we knew most of them personally... the NEW cops i havn't even met yet
