COME ON THEY WONT LET U SELL A PARIS HILTON VIDEO BUT U CAN SELL A CANE AND THE "GHOST" OF YR DAD ON EBAY!U REALLT GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! THEY REALLY NEED TO START REALLY CRAKING DOWN! ALSO THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING WITH THE SHIPPING FEES, ONE TIME I WAS CHARGED 15 BUCKS FOR SHIPPING N IT COST 5.52, THE SELLER SWORE UP AND DOWN I WOULD GET A REFUND IN THE PRICE N I NEVER DID! I HAD A GUY TAKE MY 100.98 N RUN AFTER I BOUGHT A DVD SET FROM HIM N HE NEVER MAILED THEM OUT! THEN U BUY SOMETHING WITH PAYPAL FROM CANDA OR OTHER COUNTRY N THEY CHARGE U ADDTIONAL $25 TO CHANGE THE CURRENCY! ACCORDING TO EBAY WE AS BUYERS HAVE NO RIGHTS! AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO! THE MONEY ORDER I PAID FOR THE DVD SET WAS WITH A POSTAL MONEY ORDER IN WHICH THE GUY CASHED N I HAVE A COPY OF IT , AFTTER THAT THE TRAIL STOPS N NOBODY WANTS TO HELP! Well you've already been yelled at for the caps, so all I have left to say is that its the buyer's responsibility to know what he's getting into. Its the buyer's job to ask the right questions of the seller and to do their research. Dont get mad because you didnt think it through. And if someone up and took your money he probably didnt have a whole lot of meaningful feedback, nor is it a good idea to send a money order that you have no control over. At least with paypal (bloodsuckers) you have a shot at getting your money back.

 

Ebay is a community of many sellers. Most good.......some not so good. It's up to you the buyer to figure it out. I have gotten many good deals on Ebay.........I don't DO the bad deals. I just bought a Ramsey 3000lb winch and mount for my ATV off of Ebay.......great deal and brand new high quality goods. I'm very happy.

If you don't like what someone is selling.......then don't buy it. It's actually very simple.

 

sorry everyone about the whole capital leter thing,my bad!but really think about yeah i say 90 % of my tranactions r good! but i once boughta r/c car that was supposed to be "mint" n the pics did make it look sweet but when i got it it was a hunk of sh*t n the lady wouldnt even return my emails after i got so thats how much that tells u how honest of a good person she was? see i sell stuff on ebay and i am 100000% honest,if i overcharge for the shippn cost i give back the difference! ebay has it s good nm its nad but it really needs to be regulated better n we as buyers should have more rights! the guy who i bought the dvd set had a ebay store with 100% feedback but its was my luck he closed everything down when he goy my payment! gees! i had a guy once charge me a handling fee for 6.99 additional n i was argiung with the guy u ahve to be kiddn ,he wasnt a mail order catolog n hes case was gas money,waiting in line,etc. not my prob i ant gonna give u extra for that so i wont buy from him no more! i think the goverment nees to step in and look into ebay! ebay needs to prtoect buyers better! i dont do paypal at all,heard too many horror storys about people paypal accounts gettn hacked into n money disappearing! no thanks! there r other wensite auction sites taht autially let u make the seller a offer besides there buy it now price which is pretty neat,like a yard sale ya know! so here is one less guy who is gonna ebay!

 

Are you kidding me? Paypal just took 10.02 out of my last transaction. Ebay takes a good hunk of the final proceeds as well. Then you have packing materials and then the actual shipping. If you think that you should only be charged the exact shipping costs and not any handling or transaction fees then you must not have ever sold anything on ebay or recieved paypal transfers. If the extra costs are listed before you make your bid, there is no reason that you shouldnt pay the full amount. also i heard ebay jacked up there listn n sellers fees too. i ahve a couple of things going on ebay then i am done with it! y should u pay 15.00 4 shipping whe it cost 5.52 to mail to yr house, y should they keep the extra cash.no he didnt lsit the handling fee until iw ent to the ebay checkout n thats when i disputed it!

i actaul sold something on ebay n the buyer thought it was cute to set up a paypal account for me but i ahd to finsh providing ifo! tahnk god paypal had a 1-800 # n i flipped out on them! i sold very succeful on ebay with no probs! cuz i am a honets guy!

i also love the spoof email from ebay saying yr ebay account will be canceled if u dont reregister n they wanted everything including your atm passcode, check routn number,etc the only thing they didnt ask was my underware size! so beware also with everything with online!
