Default atv rules

just came out in the local paper today that there is going to be alot more rules enforced on atv's.it goes on to read that here in kentucky in the last 20 years there have been 150 death's recorded and they do not keep up with injurys.they were complaning that you put a 13 year old kid on a [high prefromace machine] that they are bond to get hurt.i think these folks are smoking crack or something. one good thing to come of it they are going to open public riding grounds for eveyone but you half to have full protection and you half to have a atv saftey class.i don't understand why they blame the kids because it the partents that buy a 660 or yz for a kid that has never been on one.that don't make sence to me.i'm not saying a 13 year old kid can't ride or handle one but i have to admit they are a handful to handle.

Default atv rules

so what!.............why dont they focus on car-related injuries instead!??? I know deaths on atv's are just as tradgic, but I would be willing to say if they checked statistics more people die from car crashes then atv wrecks to the ratio of cars and atvs.
