I e-mailed this ambulance chaser!! I got a response back that compares ATVs to Firesone Tires, Valujet and he also slammed Kawasaki for their new recall. This is a large law firm and they are well organized. But the letter that I sent him made him think about the morality of his job. I am sure he reads this forum to get amunition for his cases. It is a shame that this is what this guy has to do considering the amount of education required to be a lawyer.

My brother runs the network/phone system for a very large law firm that deals specifically with patent/copyright infridgement. They have 10 people that surf the web 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, just looking for infridgement. I'm sure those people do the same. I've seen Dave Beck tell people on here to watch what they say because ANYONE can be reading what we write. Wise words to think about before we speak. Lawyers and news media are experts at distorting what is said or only telling part of the story to the advantage of themselves.

I too sent in a rather nasty note. Can't believe the nerve of some people. I also suggested that while they're trying to ban atv's, they should also start a ban on producion of all passenger cars and automobiles. You know, there are far more people killed in a car accident, or injured in collisions than there probably ever have been with atv's. While they're at it, they can also ban all bathtubs, and 5 gallon buckets. Seems a few people have drowned in the tub, or somehow managed to drown themselves in 5 gal. buckets. Think we ought to get rid of both of them. I'm sure those lawyers spend a lot of time on the golf course. How many people have died while golfing??? Better ban that too, while we're at it. I don't mean just the golf carts, I mean the entire sport. Fred could have been nailed by a nasty slice while drinking his morning cappuchino, and well, with that last brain hemorage, I'm sure that was all she wrote. Yup, might as well ban the whole sport.
What a crock!

The funny thing is I got a reply back from my e-mail. Did anyone else get one back? I had to make him think about himself. I did not choose to have Firestone tires installed on my Ford but I did choose to buy my ATV. Besides I never had any problems out of two sets of Firestone 15" Wilderness tires anyway. Read some of this guys web page. It will really make you sick. It's a shame thet people like this are trying to take your freedoms away. If the American fore-fathers would roll over in their grave. This guy dosn't like Reublicans either so I suggest you guys & gals vote that way. It's time to get our freedom back!!! VOTE!!!!!!

They aired thm down to 26 psi due to recommendation. It seems the Ford Explorer failed one of the government's rollover tests, and it was found out that lowering the tire pressure from 35 to 26 psi was enough to let them squeak by the test. So who's fault is it? I haven't heard of tires failing that had the full inflation pressure in it.
