Here is a story from a local newstation in Rochester NY re: an ATV accident-

Mercy Flight airlifted a Genesee County man to the hospital after an accident involving an all terrain vehicle late Wednesday night in the town of Pembroke.

Sheriff’s deputies say Dana Hagen, 25, of Elba and Tony Graber, 26, of Corfu were riding their four wheelers without lights. Hagen did not see Graber slow down and smashed into the back of his ATV.

Graber and Hagen were both thrown from the vehicles. Graber was flown to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo. Hagen was arrested for DWI and refused medical treatment. Charges are pending against Graber.

It is people like these two bright ones that cause so much drama and aggravation for those of use that are safe and respect our machines.

Yea well some people think they are immortal. "It will never happen to me"!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Famous last words. No-one is ever going to be able to change the minds of people who are stuck in they ways. Sad that it takes a tragedy for some people to open they eyes. Maybe at the least, this will make some people think about it a little more before they act foolish.
